Returns, Exchanges & Lifetime Ring Protection
We want you to love your jewelry and shop with confidence. Please review the information below before returning any item.
Lifetime Ring Protection Plan
Every Ring Lady ring includes our Lifetime Ring Protection Plan.
The plan covers:
- Stone loss
- Breakage
- Manufacturing defects
If your ring has one of these problems, we will gladly replace it.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE INCLUDE THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT FEE
The replacement fee is based on the original purchase price of your ring:
Ring originally purchased for $14.95–$39.95
➡️ Send $9.95 per ring
Ring originally purchased for $40.95–$59.95
➡️ Send $15.95 per ring
Ring originally purchased for $60.95 and above
➡️ Send $19.95 per ring
Please include your original sales receipt or proof of purchase so we can verify the purchase price and correct replacement fee.
Replacement fees include restocking and insured shipping of your replacement ring back to you.
If your original ring has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will replace it with a ring of similar style and value.
What the Lifetime Ring Protection Plan Does Not Cover
The Lifetime Ring Protection Plan is for stone loss, breakage, and manufacturing defects.
It does not cover exchanging an undamaged ring simply because you would like a different size or different style.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify:
- Jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original condition.
- An original sales receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the merchandise has been received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Ring Lady.
How to Send Your Ring to Us
Simply include a note inside your package with:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Your original sales receipt or proof of purchase
- A brief explanation of what you need
- The correct replacement fee, if using the Lifetime Ring Protection Plan

Please Protect Your Jewelry
Please place your ring in a small protective bag or wrapping before placing it securely inside a padded mailing envelope.
Please do not mail rings loose inside an envelope or padded envelope.
Postal sorting equipment can crush or damage unprotected jewelry.
We strongly recommend using a mailing service that provides tracking. Please keep your tracking number until your return has been completed.
