Replacement Fees

Original Purchase Price: $14.95–$39.95
Replacement Fee: $9.95 per item

Original Purchase Price: $40.95–$59.95
Replacement Fee: $15.95 per item

Original Purchase Price: $60.95 and above
Replacement Fee: $19.95 per item

Replacement fees include restocking and insured shipping of your replacement item.

If your original ring has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will replace it with a ring of similar style and value.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
• Original tags should remain attached, when applicable.
• Please include the completed Return & Exchange Form.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Before Mailing Your Package

1. Place your jewelry inside its original ring box or another small protective jewelry box.
2. Place the jewelry box inside a 6" × 9" (or similar-sized) padded mailing envelope.
3. Include the completed Return & Exchange Form.
4. Ship your package using a tracking service for your protection.

Important

Please do not mail rings loose inside an envelope or padded envelope.

Postal sorting equipment can crush or damage jewelry that is not protected inside a small box. Jewelry damaged because it was mailed without proper protection cannot be replaced under The Ring Lady Lifetime Ring Protection Plan.

• Refunds are processed after your returned jewelry has been received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your package for inspection and processing.
