Instructions for Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank so we can assist you.

Return requests must be initiated by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Unconditional Lifetime Replacement

Guarantees against breakage, or loss of stone

Instructions for returning your damaged ring for replacement

Properly package the item in a padded envelope or small box.
Include a copy of your purchase receipt, name, mailing address and EMAIL.
Include a check for replacement fee in the amount set forth below based on your purchase price PER item.

Purchase price of $14.95 - $39.95 include $9.95 for restock and insured shipping
Purchase price of $40.95 - $59.95 include $15.95 for restock and insured shipping
Purchase price of $60.95+ include $19.95 for restock and insured shipping

Should your ring no longer be available an item of similar style and value will be provided.

Items received without a check in the proper amount AND purchase receipt will be discarded.
